Intent Based Appointments Program
CreativeOne will generate appointments in your designated market area from prospects who have shown interest in receiving a customized annuity rates report. An appointment is a scheduled phone call between the advisor and the prospect set by CreativeOne’s appointment setter based on the advisor’s availability.
Cost: Appointments will be set based on your calendar availability and charged at a rate of $500 per appointment.
Billing:
- CreativeOne will collect for 3 months’ worth of agreed-upon appointments up front.
- After the initial amount of appointments are met, CreativeOne will shut off the campaign. If you wish to resume your campaign, you will need to commit to an additional 3-month term by filling out the online questionnaire and paying for your appointments again.
- CreativeOne will conduct another market analysis giving you an updated range of appointments based on historical performance and current market demand
Market Analysis:
- In order to participate in this program, CreativeOne will designate your market area and let you know what your range of appointment volume will be. You must be willing to commit to a minimum amount of appointments for 3 months based on your market area, search volume and demand; to be determined by CreativeOne.
- Your territory will be determined by CreativeOne for lead delivery. Agent can make requested changes to targeted territory, but CreativeOne has the right to accept or reject territory revisions.
- Before signing up for this program, the advisor will need to allow CreativeOne to do the market research and give them an estimated range of appointment volume for their market.
- Advisor will need to commit to a minimum amount of appointments each month to be determined by CreativeOne based on market volume and demand.
Appointment Setting:
- A shared, online calendar will have to be setup with our appointment setter and your availability must be maintained and up to date at all times (3–4 weeks out at a minimum).
- Failure to take an appointment or show up to an appointment because your availability was not up to date will still result in a charge for an appointment set.
- The appointment setter will make sure they meet the minimums of being a qualified prospect based on the information they provided and including age 50+, total investible assets of at least $100k and that they are not an agent. If prospect is under this age or asset amount but is shopping for someone who meets these qualifications, then there will still be a charge for the appointment.
- The first appointment will always be an initial phone call consultation where you will gather information from the prospect on what they are looking for and setup a follow up meeting to review your plan with them.
- If the prospect does not show up (answer) for the initial phone call appointment, please let the appointment setter know so that they can try to re-set that appointment.
Agent Follow up:
- The agent will be responsible for all interactions with the prospect following the initial phone consultation.
- Agent is responsible for follow-up after the appointment to let CreativeOne know how the appointment went and if it was kept.
- If unable to comply with communication and follow-up procedures, CreativeOne reserves the right to remove agent from the program. Any delivered appointments will still be billable.
Other:
- If minimum amount of appointments is not delivered, appointment volume will rollover into next month ongoing until we deliver promised amount of appointments.
- If we are unable to generate cost-effective appointments in your market, CreativeOne reserves the right to cancel the program and only charge you for the appointments delivered.
- CreativeOne also reserves the right to generate agreed upon appointment volume early before the initial term expires. At that point, the advisor will have to renew for another term.
